SBCC Strategy for child nutrition in Tunisia

Agence Thaly International Tunisie has developed and supported the implementation of the National Behavioral and Social Change Strategy for the nutrition of children aged 0-18 in Tunisia. This contract was carried out in 2023-2024 on behalf of UNICEF Tunisia in collaboration with the Tunisian Ministry of Health.


The mission consisted in:

  • Elaboration of the baseline situation with a qualitative and quantitative study on the determinants of eating behaviors of children 0-18 years old.
  • Elaboration of the national strategy for behavioral and social change for the nutrition of children aged 0-18 in Tunisia 2024-2025.
  • Production of two national TV and radio commercials on nutrition for children aged 2-18.
  • Development of a toolkit for feeding children aged 0-2.
